Lamine Yamal and Erling Haaland have set a new world record for market value. Following the latest Transfermarkt update, both players have been valued at €220 million, the highest figure in the history of the platform.
The 19-year-old Barcelona winger continues his remarkable rise after an outstanding season and Spain's triumph at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. During the 2025/26 campaign, Yamal made 45 appearances in all competitions, scoring 22 goals and providing 17 assists, playing a key role in Barcelona's title-winning season.
Meanwhile, Manchester City striker Erling Haaland continues to maintain his status as one of the world's most prolific forwards. Last season, the Norwegian made 52 appearances, scored 38 goals, and contributed nine assists.
As a result, Yamal and Haaland have become the first players in history to reach a Transfermarkt market valuation of €220 million.
