Rockstar has announced the price of GTA 6
New details have emerged about the upcoming blockbuster's editions and launch timeline. The Ultimate Edition will include several exclusive features.
Rockstar Games has finally revealed the price of the most anticipated game of the decade — Grand Theft Auto 6.
Edition pricing:
Standard Edition — $80
Ultimate Edition — $100 (will include an exclusive package of premium vehicles, weapons, clothing, and additional content)
- Full vehicle customization will only be available in the Ultimate Edition (one special workshop will not be available in the standard edition)
- All tattoo parlors will only be available in the Ultimate Edition (although most will also be available in the standard edition)
- All hair salons will only be available in the Ultimate Edition (although most will also be available in the standard edition)
- Additional story activities that better develop the characters will only be available in the Ultimate Edition
Official pre-orders will begin on June 25 at 00:00 local time.
Release schedule:
Pre-loading will begin on November 12.
Release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S — November 19, 2026.
The PC version will be released in early 2027 or later.
GTA 6 will become one of the most expensive games in the history of the industry, but considering the scale of the project and the level of anticipation, most fans will likely be willing to pay this amount.
