PSG winger Ousmane Dembélé was also named FIFA Player of the Year. During the 2024/25 season, the footballer won the Champions League, Ligue 1, and the French Cup with PSG. The FIFA Coach of the Year 2025 award went to PSG head coach Luis Enrique, who finished ahead of Arne Slot (Liverpool) and Hans-Dieter Flick (Barcelona) in the voting.
The Women’s Player of the Year award was given to Spain’s Aitana Bonmatí of Barcelona, who won the prize for the third time in her career, adding it to this year’s third Ballon d’Or.
