Denver leader Nikola Jokić has become the NBA record holder for the most assists among centers.

During the game against Orlando (played on December 19, with Denver defeating Orlando 126:115), Jokić recorded 23 points, 11 rebounds, and 13 assists. This marked his 13th triple-double of the season.

Over his career, Jokić has delivered 5,667 assists. Nikola surpassed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, who recorded 5,660 assists. Jokić reached this milestone 789 games faster than Kareem.
