Andriy Yarmolenko played his 100th European Cup match for Dynamo
The winger reached the milestone after coming on in the 75th minute. He became the sixth player from Ukrainian clubs to hit 100 European appearances.
On Thursday, December 18, the Matchday 6 game of the Conference League took place, featuring Armenia’s Noah and Kyiv’s Dynamo. Ihor Kostyuk’s team won 2–0.
In the 75th minute, 36-year-old winger Andriy Yarmolenko came onto the pitch and played his 100th match for Dynamo in European competitions. He became the sixth player to reach this milestone for Ukrainian clubs, including the second among Dynamo players after Oleksandr Shovkovskyi.
Yarmolenko played 49 matches for the “white-and-blues” in the Europa League, 45 in the Champions League, and 6 in the Conference League.
Serhiy Rebrov sent Andriy onto the field 23 times, Yuriy Semyn 21, Oleh Blokhin and Oleksandr Shovkovskyi 16 each, Valeriy Gazzaev 12, Oleh Luzhnyi and Oleksandr Khatskevych 4 each, and Ihor Kostyuk and Mircea Lucescu 2 each.
