The regional qualifiers for the inaugural Esports Nations Cup 2026 in Counter-Strike 2 have concluded. As a result, the full list of 24 national teams has been finalized for this autumn's LAN tournament in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where they will compete for a $1.32 million prize pool.
In the Western European qualifier, Great Britain secured its place at the championship with Owen smooya Butterfield and Oscar AZUWU Bell on the roster. Germany also advanced to the final stage with a lineup built around BIG and M80 players, including Johannes tabseN Wodarz, Fritz slaxz- Dietrich, and Elias s1n Stein.
Romania and Lithuania qualified from Eastern Europe. Romania was led to the final stage by Laurențiu lauNX Țârlea, while Justinas jL Lekavičius emerged as the key player for Lithuania.
Chile, Türkiye, and Australia also successfully advanced through qualification. Chile will be represented by David dav1deuS Tapia Maldonado and Matias HUASOPEEK Ibáñez Hernández, the Turkish national team will be coached by former Aurora coach Sezgin Fabre Kalayci, and Australia will field a roster of current and former FlyQuest players.
The tournament will also feature several well-known veterans of the Counter-Strike scene. Morocco will be represented by brothers Adil ScreaM Benrlitom and Nabil Nivera Benrlitom, Canada will compete under the leadership of Joshua steel Nissan, while Major champion Dauren AdreN Kystaubayev will serve as head coach of Kazakhstan.
The Esports Nations Cup 2026 Finals will take place from November 10 to 15. During the group stage, the 24 national teams will be divided into four groups and compete in a single round-robin BO1 format. The strongest teams will advance to the Single Elimination playoffs, where all matches will be played as BO3 series, with the champion crowned in a BO5 grand final.
